Meme Simmi would always bring a plate of cookies with her when she came to visit us. As a child they were my ultimate comfort craving. Meme Simmi knew that the right mix of ingredients could fix almost any problem. To this day I still dream about the subtle notes of vanilla and milk chocolate that used to linger after every delicious bite. So when the dream of Simmi’s Bakehouse began, cookies were the obvious choice. 

Cookies can be such a source of happiness for many - whether those cookies bring back memories of baking with the family during the holidays, or just enjoying a sweet treat after a particularly rough day. Cookies are universal, but, in our opinion, vastly underrated. We set out to correct this injustice by making the ultimate craveable cookies - ones that look as good as they taste. It’s why we bake in small batches and hand place our chocolate chips.
